I recently had to download a complete website to my PC. I needed a program that could automatically copy all the CSS, image files, pages, etc. Basically an exact offline clone that I would copy to DVD or browse from my hard drive.
I tested a bunch of free tools and a few commercial ones before I came across Web2Disk. I wish I had found this website downloader sooner. Not only was this tool easy to use, it did a perfect job downloading the website I wanted. Web2Disk fixed the links so that I could surf the pages offline. Everything pretty much worked, except for a few streaming flash files (but this is to be expected).
Some of the other products I tried had lengthly configurations or needed extra software to surf offline. Web2Disk was easy peasy. I just typed in the web address and hit the start button. It copied everything in to one directory on my computer (ready to burn to CD which was exactly what I wanted) and updated the site so it was browsable offline. Web2Disk even did the style sheets which I thought was pretty amazing.
